Mass Pediatric ABA is looking for a Part Time Behavioral Therapist to join our growing team in the Greater Westford area.
Mass Pediatric ABA’s mission is to improve the quality of life for children and their families living with autism by providing intensive evidence based treatment that leads to functional treatment outcomes for each client.

We are also committed to supporting your professional development. Our team will guide you through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process, including the 40-hour training and exam preparation, to help you succeed and advance in your ABA career.
We are offering a hourly rate of $22-$30 along with a SIGN-ON BONUS of $150 for all employees who are hired and have worked for at least 3 months!

Our Behavior Therapist will:
- Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home
- Run individualized programs with clients using the principles of Behavior Analysis
- Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans
- Write daily session notes and collect data using programs such as, Google Docs or behavioral software (e.g., Theralytics).
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Continue with professional development and ABA knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
Our Behavior Therapist's have:
- A high school and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity (babysitting, nannying, after-school programs, volunteering) for at least 1 year.
- Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings. Weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request!
- Pass a CORI and Federal background check
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work closely with other professionals
- Competent computer skills
- Access to reliable transportation
- Availability to work 10- 20 hours per week

Individualized Treatment for each unique child and family
Home and Community Based ABA Therapy
We provide Intensive ABA therapy in children's homes and communities. Our highly qualified BCBAs and behavior technicians focus on behavior reduction, functional communication, receptive and expressive language as well as independence in daily living skills. We apply evidence based treatment approaches to help develop families skills relevant to their unique life.
Parent Consultation and Education
We empower parents and caregivers by providing them with the tools and strategies they need to confidently respond to their child's actions and help their child thrive. Parent training is an integral part of the child's therapy in order for the child to generalize and maintain learned skills. Our board certified behavior analysts will work closely with parents and caregivers using an evidence based approach to parent coaching.

Paid RBT Training with the opportunity to become RBT Certified!
At Mass Pediatric ABA, we provide a clear and supportive pathway to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will begin with our remote training option, which equips you with the foundational skills needed to start working with clients. If you’re interested in advancing further, you’ll have the opportunity to complete the full 40-hour RBT training through two in-person training days. From there, our team will guide you through the remaining steps of the certification process, including competency assessments and exam preparation. Our goal is to make the process flexible, accessible, and supportive, so you can confidently grow your career in ABA while making a meaningful impact.
